Unfortunately, requests like those can't be handled through the wiki creation workflow, but if you request the changes over at Phabricator, the System Administrators will see what they can do! Wiki requests since April 3

Due to a change in the wiki request software, all wikis requested since April 3 were marked as private. This is likely not the intended behavior everyone desired, and, for those of you who it affects, we apologize profusely. If your wiki has been created as the wrong type, please visit Special:ManageWiki on your wiki to resolve the issue yourself. If you have an outstanding wiki request (one that is still open), please review it, and submit any modifications using Special:RequestWikiEdit.
