Following the closure of the two discussions on the Community noticeboard and Admins' noticeboard, you are prohibited from:

I need a wiki to work on, and the wiki en.ultipedia.shoutwiki.con does not have InstantCommons enabled, and imports and exports are not allowed there. Two issues

@RhinosF1: Help! I can't edit this wiki although I am not on the block list. I must be some kind of IP address block that was not set to anon.only, and please, please check user me. And change the IP address that I am's block to anon.only so I can report bugs and vote on RFCs.

Additionally, googologywiki has no admins and bureaucrats and the founder only has 3 edits there. May I ask for an adoption exemption rule? It seems like that the founder found the wiki closed, and unclosed it and left it open.

Reverted

Hello, I have reverted this edit as you are prohibited from adding new proposals and this does not uphold the principle of that.
